Massages*
We offer Holistic therapies that harmonize body, mind, and spirit in each treatment. Every treatment is personalized, focused on the needs of each individual. The massages may be given individually, in couples, in cabin or on the beach. Reservations must be made at the Guest Service desk and payment can be made in cash, with credit card or by room charge. Tips not included.




Kids Club

Open from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Children from 4 to 11 years old are welcome to enjoy the indoor & outdoor activities; all of them supervised by our specialized personnel.

Babysitting*
This service is provided only in the hotel rooms by external suppliers and requires reservation with a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Therefore, the babysitting service is given under the absolute responsibility of the parent or guardian. The cost must be agreed by the guest with the suppliers and the suggested price is of 10.00 USD per hour per child.

Laundry service
With additional charge, bag and laundry list available in your closet.

Rooms for the physically challenged
Are equipped with special bars in the bathroom and all fixtures are at wheel-chair height. The rooms are twin-bedded and connect with a King Size bedded room. They have all services and amenities of our deluxe rooms.

Car rental*
With additional charge, contact the car rental counter in the main lobby, facing the Front Desk.  


Gift Shop*

With additional charge, a convenience store located on the ground floor of the Hotel, facing the elevators of the Plaza Tower building.

Travel Agency*
With additional charge, expeditions, sightseeing tours and deep sea fishing, available through a specialized agency. Should you need more information, please contact the Travel Agency counter in the main lobby, facing the Front Desk.

Water Sports*
With additional charge, Wave Runners, the best way to have fun in the Sea of Cortes. Should you need more information, please contact the Travel Agency counter in the main lobby, facing the Front Desk.
